Senator Nelson of Nebraska has expressed outrage at the release of secret military documents, stating that those responsible should be charged with treason.

 

The founder of wikileaks.org, the site that published the leaked documents, when questioned about the potential damage and loss of life that could ensue from the information being made publicly available, claims that his organization did in fact notify the White House in advance, giving the Obama adminitration the opportunity to review the data and respond.  They did not even  bother to reply.

 

My question to Senator Nelson of Nebraska, will you be pursuing an indictment of President Obama or someone in the current administration for treason?  If not, why not?
